In 2021, recognizing a growing demand for senior living options in Tarrant County near Eagle Mountain Lake, we identified a promising opportunity in Saginaw, TX. Despite the challenges of post-COVID construction, we took a strategic approach to phase the project. Phase 1 began with the development of 22 Independent Living cottages, offering a new, comfortable living option for active seniors.

As demand continued to rise, we expanded the project with Phase 2, which included Assisted Living and Memory Care units, opening in 2024 to further meet the needs of the community. Phase 3, which opened in 2025, added more Independent Living cottages designed for seniors downsizing. This phase was developed to accommodate additional residents while upholding the high standards of care and comfort that are the hallmark of our communities.
